How to reach us
Email support@kitaxis.com for everything. During the beta one person reads support mail, and there is no set response time. There is no phone or chat support.
What to write about
- An invite: ask for one and tell us what you would plan in KitAxis.
- Help with the app: say what you were doing and what the page showed. The getting started guide and the FAQ may already answer it.
- Your data: the privacy notice explains what we keep and your choices.
- A security issue: put “Security report” in the subject. Please don’t test against other people’s accounts or data.
- Something that doesn’t work for you with a keyboard, screen reader or zoom: tell us, and we will look at it.
If the app is down
There is no public status page during the beta. The app is checked automatically every 5 minutes, and ProductSeal is alerted when a check fails.
During maintenance the app may switch to read-only: you can still sign in, read your plans and export them, and a banner says that changes are paused.
If the app doesn’t load, email support@kitaxis.com. The beta runs on a single server and has no uptime commitment.
