KitAxis is free while it is in an invite-only beta. There are no paid plans or prices yet, and no payment details are needed.

- Plans, revisions, evidence, readiness gates, sign-off and export.
- Invite-only: the invite is tied to your email address.
- Up to 20 testers at a time.
- Email support at support@kitaxis.com. During the beta one person reads support mail, and there is no set response time.
- No payment details needed.
Paid plans
No paid plans yet
If paid plans arrive, using them will need separate terms that you agree to first. Nothing moves to a paid plan automatically, and we will never charge you unless you agree.
Beta limits
These keep the shared beta server fair for everyone. The app’s usage view shows your requests and changes in the last hour and your total storage; it does not show each workspace’s storage.
- Storage100 MB per workspaceAnd 500 MB per person. Plans and evidence are text, and history is permanent, so storage only grows.
- Plan size24 KB per revisionThe whole plan, criteria and tasks included: up to 100 acceptance criteria and 100 stop conditions, as long as it fits. Detailed plans reach 24 KB first.
- Testers20The most people who can hold beta access or an unused invite at the same time.
Technical limits
- Requests3,600 an hourPer person, and separately per workspace. Every page view makes a few requests, so this is fewer than 3,600 actions.
- Burst rate120 a minutePer network address.
- Largest single save32 KBThe most one save can send.
What “beta” means here
Please read the beta terms before you join. In short:
- It is a preview. Features may change, break or be removed.
- There is no uptime commitment. The service runs on a single server that may be moved or rebuilt.
- Beta data may need to be reset. We will warn you first where we can.
- Your content stays yours. We store and process it only to run the beta for you.
